Or AADT greater than 10,000 vpd with 30% truck (HC)<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Class A or B State System routes Or urban principal arterials.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Long anticipated duration: traffic impacts equal to or greater than 60 days. Note: maintenance operations with moving work zones (such as pavement patching or overlays) are not considered significant since the duration at a specific site will be less than 60 days.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Traffic delays or detours that result in greater than 30 minutes of additional delay. (this was established in the Kansas Work Zone Safety and Mobility Processes and Procedures document).<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
