Code Y - Shoulder is attachedCode N - Shoulder is not attached.(CPAV) - Concrete Base -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB29 The type of concrete base used to build roadway. Code 1 - ROADBED - Roadbed soilCode 2 - GRANULAR - Granular material Code 3 - STABILIZED - Stabilized earth or granular material with admixtureCode 5 - N.A. - Not applicable due to raised roadway or bridge deckCode 8 - HMA - Hot mix asphalt.Code 9 - CONCRETE - Lean concrete.(CPAV) - Concrete Surface -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB27 The type of concrete surface used to build roadway. Code 71 - PCC UNF JT - High Rigid: PCC that is jointed but is without reinforcingCode 72 - PCC JOINT - High Rigid: Reinforced PCC that has been jointedCode 73 - PCC CONRF - High Rigid: Continuously reinforced PCCCode 74 - PCC BOND - Rigid over Rigid: PCC over PCC where the layers have been bondedCode 75 - PCC UBOND - Rigid over Rigid: PCC over PCC where the two layers are unbondedCode 76 - PCC FLEX - Rigid over Flexible: PCC that has been placed over a bituminousCode 77 - PCC UNF ND - High Rigid: PCC that is jointed without reinforcing or dowels.(CPAV) - Joint Spacing -- IIT_NUM_ATTRIB16 Distance of spacing between joints. Value stored in meters. Minimum value = 3.658 and maximum value = 19.05.(CPAV) - Load Transfer Device -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB26 A load transfer device is the action taken to tie two slabs of new concrete together.1 - UNKNOWN - Unknown 2 - DOWEL JOINT - Doweled joint 3 - ANGLE JOINT - Angled or skew joint. 4 - AC COMPOSITE - AC composite bituminous material surface. 5 - BRICK - Brick surface; not joint spacing. 6 - BRIDGE - Bridge (CPAV) - Subgrade Type -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB30 Material used for the subgrade.1 - COARSE - Coarse graded material (gravel, sand, etc.). 2 - FINE - Fine graded material (original earth, clay, etc.). 5 - N.A. - Not applicable due to raised roadway or bridge (CPAV) - Subsurface Drainage -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB28 Subsurface drainage used in building the roadway.1 - DENSE W/O - Dense(undrainable) base without edge drains. 2 - DENSE WITH - Dense (undrainable) base with edge drains. 3 - DRAIN W/O - Drainable base without edge drains. 4 - DRAIN WITH - Drainable base with edge drains. 5 - N.A. - Not applicable due to raised roadway or bridge deck. RPAC - (Road Pavement Actions) Layer information for specific zero depth layers. This includes joint, dowel, supgr, intol, undrsl. Seal and slseal are zero layers but are not an RPAC material. The distinction is that seals can be added to the LYRS record in the logical order, but the RPAC materials couldn’t because they were at the top of the LYRS record, they would get removed from the LYRS record with a skim process. Note: multiple RPAC records are allowed at the same point. History:This was formerly a LYRS material type. However, the scheme didn’t t work very well in our business process. This data was extracted from LYRS. All "open" layers had the materials for RPAC removed from the LYRS item and the remaining were renumbered. The "closed" layer records had RPAC created but didn’t get removed from the LYRS item.(RPAC) - Action Date -- IIT_DATE_ATTRIB86 The date this action was made. This is either the layer date or the least of the start date of the layer or the datum. (RPAC) - Action Type -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB26 The material type/action used for the roadway.DOWEL - Dowel Retrofitted Portland INTOL - Cement Intermittent Overlay JOINT - Pavement Reconstruction - Major Joint Repair on PC SUPGR - Supplemental Grading UNDRSL - Underseal(RPAC) - ADDITIONAL WIDTH -- IIT_NUM_ATTRIB100 The additional width that was added to lanes or to shoulder in this action. (RPAC) - Project Number -- IIT_CHR_ATTRIB56 The project number of this action.
