Since we know that this type of combination shoulder existed only for 2 Foot aggregate, that helps with any questions on this lost info, that happened due to migration. ( not having a separate column to show stabilized with of 2 feet).In EPFS, all shoulders with width of 2 ft or less are considered unstabilized regardless of paved/unpaved status.
